btb99's commitment to responsible gaming
btb99 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not addiction. We are committed to your safety and well-being.
Our commitment
btb99 is a trusted online gaming platform in Bangladesh where we always strive to ensure a fun and safe experience. When gaming goes beyond entertainment and disrupts the normal rhythm of daily life, it is no longer healthy. We want every user to play consciously, safely, and within their own limits.
Responsible gaming is not just about following rules — it means staying aware of your time, money, and mental well-being. btb99 provides multiple tools and resources to help you maintain that awareness. From setting deposit limits to taking a temporary break or a full self-exclusion — every feature is right at your fingertips.
Our 24/7 support team is here for you in both Bengali and English. If you have any concerns or questions about gaming, reach out anytime via live chat or at [email protected].

Your protection tools
btb99 gives you these features to keep your gaming experience in control.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and protects you from overspending. A mandatory waiting period applies before a limit can be increased.
Temporary Break (Time-Out)
If you feel you need a break, temporarily deactivate your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time you will not be able to log in or deposit, which helps create some distance.
Self-Exclusion
If gaming is becoming a real problem, choose a long-term self-exclusion. During this period your account will be completely closed and no promotional messages will be sent.
Session Time Reminder
While playing at btb99, you can receive notifications about how long you have been online. Automatic reminders after a set time keep you aware of how much time you are spending on gaming.
Age Verification
Age verification is mandatory when opening an account at btb99. Only individuals aged 21 or older can register. We follow a strict verification process to protect minors.
24/7 Support

Tips for healthy gaming
Follow these habits to play responsibly and enjoyably at btb99.
- Set a budget: Only play with money you can afford to lose without it affecting your daily life.
- Stick to a time limit: Decide how long you will play before each session and stop when that time is up.
- Treat it as entertainment: See gaming as entertainment, not as a way to earn money.
- Take breaks: Instead of playing for long stretches at a time, take regular breaks and focus on other activities.
- Check your feelings: Avoid gaming when you are under stress, feeling lonely, or feeling down.
- Be open with loved ones: Do not hide your gaming habits from family or trusted friends.
